HP CSV Cleanup Tool

▶ What this tool does:

• Removes the first row (header cleanup)
• Deletes columns F and G
• Normalizes data by trimming whitespace and removing tabs
• Filters for "Dark Fiber - LH" or "Dark Fiber - Metro" in column 6 (case-insensitive)
