Embargo High Cleanup Tool

▶ What this tool does:

• Removes the first row (header cleanup)
• Deletes columns F and G
• Normalizes data by trimming whitespace and removing tabs
• Processes all rows but identifies "Dark Fiber" items in column 6 (case-insensitive)
• Inserts a new column D with automatic Excel formulas
• Adds a new column "SC or Service" between Network Facility and Product Group
• Extracts SC number or Service Name from FSB report for Dark Fiber rows only, based on DFID in column C
• Removes duplicates based on column 3
• Generates Excel-ready output with concatenation formulas
• Tracks and displays files with no matching rows
